Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 oz lean sirloin steak
  • 1 None shallot, sliced thinly
  • 1 None fresh long red chili, chopped finely
  • 3 oz bean sprouts
  • 1 None kaffir lime leaf, shredded finely
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • None None Thai Dressing
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp peanut oil
  • 1 pinch sugar

Directions

    Oil a grill pan and place over high heat. Grill beef for 5 mins, or until cooked to your liking. Cover beef and let rest for 10 mins. Slice thinly then transfer to a large bowl with remaining salad ingredients.

    Whisk together all ingredients for dressing then drizzle over salad and toss to combine. Serve.
