  • 1 tsp grated palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 None fresh kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
  • 1 None red bird's-eye chili pepper
  • 4 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • None None Dash fish sauce
  • 2/3 cup vegetable juice
  • None None Lime wedge, to garnish

Directions

    Using a muddler, crush palm sugar, lime leaves, chili pepper and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

    Add vodka, ice cubes and a dash of fish sauce, then shake vigorously. Pour into highball glass. Top up with vegetable juice and stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
