  • boneless skinless thighs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic 2 tsp minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

    Add all ingredients together and marinade for at least 30 mins. (May marinade overnight for increased savoriness)

    Grill! May also bake at 350 for 20-30 mins. (Grilling is best though)
