- 4 ounces, weight Canned Sweet Thai Noodle Paste
- 1/4 cups Water
- 3 whole Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional)
- 1 pinch Salt, To Your Taste
- 1 whole Thai Chili, Lightly Smashed (optional)
- 1 bunch Asparagus, Washed And Trimmed
Directions

1Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add Thai noodle paste and stir, cooking for a couple of minutes to let flavors bloom.

2Add water, kaffir lime leaves, salt, and chili. Stir. Add asparagus and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until desired tenderness. I still like my asparagus with just a slight crunch. Plate and serve.
