- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 clove garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken
- 4 tbsp Thai Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 Chopped cilantro
- 2 Lime
- 1 bunch green onions
Directions

1Heat oil in wok or large non-stick saute pan.

2Add garlic.

3When garlic starts to brown, add raw protein and cook to about 60% done

4Add egg.

5Let sit before scrambling.

6Add rice and push down on rice to break up clumps then toss.

7Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper.

8Continue stirring until seasoning is well distributed and rice is heated through.

9Add green onions and toss just to mix.

10Remove from heat.

11Serve on plate with lime slice.
