- 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes
- 1 lb. beef flank steaks
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Directions

1Soak 30 six-inch long bamboo skewers in water. Combine teriyaki sauce, ginger root, oil, garlic and red pepper.

2Cut steak across grain into 1/4 inch thick slices.

3Place beef in plastic bag; cover with marinade.

4Turn over several times for 15 minutes.

5Remove beef from bag and thread each slice onto skewer. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

6Makes 15 appetizer servings.
