  • 1 cup cooked rice, chilled and mashed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 Thai peppers, stemmed, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbs. melted butter
