  • 8 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 None mini cucumber, sliced lengthwise into ribbons
  • 1 None red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce leaves

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

    For the sesame dressing, whisk all ingredients in small bowl.

    Combine tomatoes, bean sprouts, cucumber, onion, cilantro and shredded lettuce in medium bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to combine. Spoon salad into lettuce leaves to serve.
