  • 1/2 teaspoon unseasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • A few drops nam pla (Thai fish sauce), optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Thai basil
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
