  • 20 grams slice ginger
  • 2 lemon grass
  • 30 grams slice onion
  • 4 garlic clove
  • 10 grams lime leaf
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesemi oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 bunch thai basil
  • 1 clean fish ( seabass)

    mix all the sauce add in ingredients A

    place all in a try add in to the steamer

    steam for 25mnt garnish wth thai basil & squeeze lime on top the fish
