  • 1/2 c. finely diced, cooked ham, chicken or pork
  • 3 finely sliced mushrooms
  • 1 qt. rice, cooked
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 well beaten egg

Directions

    Fry meat lightly in 2 tablespoons hot oil.

    Add mushrooms, rice, onion and soy sauce.

    Fry over low heat 10 minutes.

    Add egg.

    Cook and stir 5 more minutes.
