- 3 finely sliced mushrooms
- 1 qt. rice, cooked
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 well beaten egg
Directions

1Fry meat lightly in 2 tablespoons hot oil.

2Add mushrooms, rice, onion and soy sauce.
