- 2 sticks butter (1 c.)
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (14 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 (16 oz.) container fruit cake mix or candied fruit
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cream butter until light.

2Add sugar slowly, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each, then add wafer crumbs alternating with milk.

3Add vanilla extract.

4Add coconut, then mix fruit, nuts and raisins into bowl with 1/4 cup flour.

5Cover well and shake, dusting well with flour, then mix with batter. Pour in well-greased and papered tube pan.

6Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325°, then let cool.
