  • 15 pieces Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 4 packages Cream Cheese (8 Oz.)
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cups Flour

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.

    In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.

    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk. Mix in eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour on top of crust.

    Bake for 1 hour. Turn the oven off and let the cake cool in the oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking. Chill in the fridge until serving time.
