- 13 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 envelopes yeast
- 4 t salt
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup butter
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Combine 4 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Heat milk and butter to 120 degrees. Beat milk mixture into flour mixture. Add eggs. Beat at medium for 5 minutes.Add 2 cups flour. Beat at medium for 5 minutes. (I do up to this part in my KitchenAid mixer, using the knead hook adter the first addition of flour and the flat paddle before that). Place 7 cups of flour in a large bowl. Add batter and stir to mix. Knead 10 minutes. place dough in large greased bowl let rise until doubled.Shape rolls as desired (cloverleaf or cresent or pocket ). Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 for 14-18 minutes.
