  • 1 lb. roll sausage w/ sage
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup celery (w/some leaves)
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. seasoned cornbread stuffing mix (pepperidge farm)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • salt and pepper
