- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 lemons
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine and saute onion. Prepare rice according to package directions.

2Add rice to onion and butter.

3Mix in juice from both lemons and sour cream.

4Mix well and it's ready.

5Goes great with broiled chicken.
