Ingredients
- 1 tomato, washed, cored and diced
- 1 avocado, peeled, diced 1/4-inch and treated with lemon juice
- 8 oz. turkey breast, cooked and diced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 6 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 oz. cabbage, savoy, shredded thin (marinate in French dressing)
- 5 oz. basic French dressing
- 5 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed and trimmed
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Cook bacon until brown and crispy.

2Remove.

3Drain on absorbent paper.

4Place the romaine lettuce on plate.

5Arrange the vegetables, turkey and cheese into long strips on top of the romaine lettuce.

6The cabbage should be set in one long strip through the center.

7Garnish with the bacon.

8Serve with French dressing.
