- 4 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 slices bacon
- salt
- pepper

1Boil eggs and let cool

3Place egg yolks into a bowl with 1/2 an avocado, and mash together until smooth
