Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Refried Beans
  • 2 whole Avocados (or 1 Package Pre-made Guacamole)
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (regular Or Light Works)
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream (regular, Light Or Fat Free)
  • 1 envelope Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 8 ounces, weight 4-Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese (or Shred Your Own)
  • 1 whole Medium Tomato, Diced
  • 1 can Sliced Black Olives, 8 Ounce Can

Directions

    Spread refried beans in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish or baking pan.

    Mash avocados till smooth and spread on top of beans.

    Mix together mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning, then spread on top of guacamole.

    Spread shredded cheese on top.

    Top with diced tomato and sliced black olives.

    Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
