Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 large onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (No. 2) can white cream-style corn
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 large can ripe olives and juice
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles
Directions

1Saute ground beef.

2Cut up onions and green pepper and put in pan with a little water and steam.

3Drain off water.

4Place all ingredients in a large pot except noodles and enough cheese to put on top of casserole.

5Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted.

6Cook noodles and add to sauce.

7Place in casserole and top with remaining cheese.

8Cook about 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

9Serves 6.

10Casserole may be frozen, but do not cook in oven until ready to serve.
