Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 (No. 2) can white cream-style corn
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 large can ripe olives and juice
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles

Directions

    Saute ground beef.

    Cut up onions and green pepper and put in pan with a little water and steam.

    Drain off water.

    Place all ingredients in a large pot except noodles and enough cheese to put on top of casserole.

    Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted.

    Cook noodles and add to sauce.

    Place in casserole and top with remaining cheese.

    Cook about 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Serves 6.

    Casserole may be frozen, but do not cook in oven until ready to serve.
