- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 medium size cans white cream-style corn
- salt to taste
- 1 large can pimento, chopped
- 1 large can mushrooms and juice
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can water
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
- 1 can ripe olives, chopped
Directions

1Saute meat, onions and peppers in about 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

2Add rest of ingredients except noodles and cheese.

3Cook slow for about 30 minutes, then add cooked and drained noodles and cheese.

4Pour into 1 large or two medium casseroles.

5Cover with more grated cheese and bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes. This freezes well.
