- 3 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 2 c. white cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1 c. ripe olives and juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute meat in a small amount of vegetable oil.

2Add onions and pepper and cook until they are almost done.

3Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese.

4Cook the mixture for 45 minutes.
