  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 medium bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 c. white cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato paste
  • 1 c. ripe olives and juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Directions

    Saute meat in a small amount of vegetable oil.

    Add onions and pepper and cook until they are almost done.

    Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese.

    Cook the mixture for 45 minutes.
