Ingredients

  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. crushed nuts/pecans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.

    Press each ball with the bottom of a small glass. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    After they have cooled (5 to 10 minutes), dip in powdered sugar.
