- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. crushed nuts/pecans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.

3Press each ball with the bottom of a small glass. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

4After they have cooled (5 to 10 minutes), dip in powdered sugar.
