  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    While cake is baking, mix sugar, milk and margarine in saucepan.

    Boil 2 minutes.

    Add coconut, pecans, salt and vanilla. Pour over cake while both are warm.

    Cool.

    Cut in squares.
