- 1 Tbsp. vanilla

1Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in a saucepan, stirring well.

2Cook to 240°, using a candy thermometer, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat; add vanilla.

4Beat with a mixer until it forms peaks.
