- 28 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cup large curd cottage cheese
- 2 cup shredded italian cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 jar 6 cheese marinara sauce
- 1 red onion
- tsp garlic salt
- tsp italian seasoning
- pinch pepper
- tsp rosemary
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425

2Begin by browning ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet

3Next boil large pot of water and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions

4Drain browned ground beef mixture and return to pan.

5Add salt pepper garlic salt rosemary and desired Italian seasonings to taste

6In a small bowl combine 6 cheese marinara sauce and petite diced tomatoes

7Lightly grease glass baking dish begin layer with sauce and tomato mixture

8Next layer with ground beef mixture

9Next layer with large curd cottage cheese and Italian blend cheese

10Next use a spoon to smooth out layers they should be thin so multiple layers can be used

11Top with lasagna noodles and repeat as many times as your baking dish allows.

12End with cottage cheese layer top with parmesan cheese

13Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes

14Remove aluminum foil and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes
