  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 2 slices orange peel

    Combine the Gosling's Black Seal Rum, simple syrup and sorbet in a shaker filled with ice.

    Shake until all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly and strain into a martini glass.
