  • 4 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere's)
  • 2 tbsp sage
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Add more or less depending on taste and amount of meat you are dry rubbing.

    I typically use this recipe when I'm smoking my ribs and chicken, but it can be used for just about anything.
