Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. drained water-packed tuna
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped black olives
  • 2 to 3 drops Tabasco (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • whole grain, sourdough or French bread

Directions

    Combine tuna, cabbage, olives, dressing, Tabasco and paprika. Chill mixture and spread on bread.

    Serve open-faced or top with another slice of bread.

    If desired, garnish with alfalfa sprouts, cucumber slices, tomato, carrot curls, etc.
