  • 1/2 c. fresh strawberries (or frozen, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 3 packets Equal
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in blender.

    Blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Serve immediately.

    If using fresh berries, add 3 ice cubes to make a thicker shake.
