- 3 lb. beef cubes
- 2 qt. water
- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tiny white onions or 2 large fresh onions, diced
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 4 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook for 1 hour in a 350° oven the beef cubes and water.

2Add remaining ingredients; cook until vegetables are tender and done. Add more water to make a medium consistency of soup.
