  • 1 pkg. egg roll wraps
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • garlic to taste
  • sweet and sour sauce

Directions

    Combine onion, ground beef, water chestnuts and garlic powder in a bowl.

    Spoon onto egg roll wraps and roll up.

    Cook in oil over medium heat until meat is done inside.

    Turn frequently so they won't burn.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Cut into thirds.

    Dip in sauce.
