  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut

    Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

    Pour into greased pie pan.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes at 350° for 30 minutes or until set and browned.
