  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water

    Mix in order as given.

    Knead on a floured board (surface). Let rise.

    Punch down.

    Divide and bake in 2 loaf pans or may be baked in a Bundt pan.

    Let the dough rise in pans before baking. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until done and brown.

    Butter tops.
