- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 to 4 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
- 2 to 3 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
Directions

1In skillet (with little oil or sprayed with cooking oil), brown chops on both sides (about 10 minutes).

2Add soup, about 1 can of water, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and onion.

3Cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
