Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 (21 oz.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ground mustard (dried)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce

    Cook sausage, celery, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sausage is no longer pink.

    Drain.

    Mix sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole dish.

    Bake, uncovered, at 400° for approximately 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.

    Stir mixture once during baking.
