- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 2 (21 oz.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard (dried)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
Directions

1Cook sausage, celery, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sausage is no longer pink.

2Drain.

3Mix sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole dish.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400° for approximately 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.

5Stir mixture once during baking.
