Ingredients

  • 1 can (1 lb.) cut green beans
  • 1 can (1 lb.) cut yellow wax beans
  • 1 can (1 lb.) red kidney beans
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cut pimento
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Drain beans, thoroughly.

    Toss with green pepper, onions and pimento.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Drain before serving.
