- 6 wide lasagna noodles
- 1 (15 or 16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1In boiling, salted water, cook noodles as directed.

2Drain and cool.

3Meanwhile in medium bowl, thoroughly mix Ricotta and next 5 ingredients.

4Cut lasagna noodles in half crosswise.

5On each half, evenly spread 1/4 cup cheese mixture.

6Roll up each noodle jelly roll fashion.

7Into 13 x 9-inch baking pan, spoon 1/2 the spaghetti sauce.

8Arrange rolls in pan; top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
