  • 1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Directions

    Microwave potatoes as directed on package.

    (Do not mash.)

    Place potatoes in large bowl.

    Add milk, sour cream and red pepper; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency.

    Add cheeses; mix well.
