- 6 large potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Layer potatoes and onions in a 13 x 9 pan.

2Combine Parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup each Cheddar and Mozzarella, sprinkle over potatoes and onions.

3Top with bacon, butter, salt and pepper. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

4Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
