  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 c. (24 oz.) ricotta cheese
  • 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 jars (one 28 oz., one 14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided

    Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a bowl, combine next 10 ingredients. Divide the small jar of sauce between two ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes.
