- 3 c. (24 oz.) ricotta cheese
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 jars (one 28 oz., one 14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided
Directions

1Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a bowl, combine next 10 ingredients. Divide the small jar of sauce between two ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes.
