  • 1- 1/4 cup Warm Water
  • 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Unbleached Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 12 slices Thin Deli Sopresatta
  • 12 slices Thin Deli Salami
  • 12 slices Thin Deli Pepperoni
  • 12 slices Deli Provolone
  • 1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl (or in the bowl of a stand mixer), mix the water, yeast, sugar, honey and oil.

    Then mix in 1 cup flour and the salt.

    Continue mixing in all the remaining flour until you get a nice, soft dough.

    Knead until dough is soft and smooth, about 10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes with a stand mixer.

    Shape the dough into a ball and place in a lightly greased bowl and cover tightly (with a lid or plastic wrap).

    Place the dough in a warm place and let rise for about 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    On a floured surface, roll the dough into a long oval.

    Layer with sopresatta, salami, and pepperoni, then cheeses.

    Roll the long side away from you until sealed.

    With a sharp knife, slice into 1-inch wide rolls.

    Place each roll onto a parchment or silpat-lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until outside is nice and golden brown.
