  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
