- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) or 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- 1 (21 ounce) can fruit pie filling
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2Place the stick of butter in a 9X13 baking dish, and pop in the oven until the butter is melted.

3Stir together the milk, flour, sugar and baking powder.

4Pour mixture into the hot pan.

5Spoon the pie filling into the pan.

6DO NOT STIR!

7Bake for 40 minutes until the crust is brown.

8Delicious served warm with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
