  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil or 3 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 14 cups bread flour
  • 1 14 cups whole wheat flour
  • 13 cup dark rye flour
  • 3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal or 3 tablespoons polenta
  • 1 tablespoon gluten, plus
  • 2 teaspoons gluten
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 12 teaspoons fast rise yeast (or 1 T. bread machine yeast)

Directions

    Add all ingredients to the pan according to the order in the manufacturers directions.

    Set crust on medium and program for the Whole Wheat cycle; press Start.

    When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place on a rack.
