- 2 lb. cubed potatoes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 lb. carrots, cut up
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 beef bouillon
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Roll venison in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
