Ingredients

  • 1 c. white flour
  • 1/3 c. cornmeal
  • 1/3 c. wheat flour
  • 1/3 c. oatmeal
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 1 egg or egg substitute
  • 2/3 to 1 c. milk (according to how thin you want them)

Directions

    Measure all dry ingredients and put in a bowl.

    Beat egg slightly with oil and milk.

    Add to dry mixture.

    Drop by a big spoon onto hot greased griddle.
