- 1/3 c. cornmeal
- 1/3 c. wheat flour
- 1/3 c. oatmeal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1 egg or egg substitute
- 2/3 to 1 c. milk (according to how thin you want them)
Directions

1Measure all dry ingredients and put in a bowl.

2Beat egg slightly with oil and milk.

3Add to dry mixture.

4Drop by a big spoon onto hot greased griddle.
