Three-Ingredient Pulled Pork

  • 3 pounds Pork Butt Or Shoulder (ask Butcher To Tie It Up)
  • 24 ounces, fluid Your Favorite Root Beer
  • Your Favorite BBQ Sauce, Warmed Or Room Temperature

    Place pork butt in crockpot.

    Pour root beer over pork and cover.
  3. 3
    Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. 4
    (I turn the pork over once or twice throughout the day, but its not necessary!)

    When youre ready to serve, carefully take pork out of crockpot and cut off the ties.

    Mix with your favorite BBQ sauce and put on sandwiches, or leave plain and use on tacos.
