- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream margarine and Crisco until fluffy.

2Add sugar gradually. Cream for 10 minutes.

3Add eggs, one at a time.

4Add flour and milk alternately.

5Add vanilla; beat for 1 minute after last addition.

6Bake at 325° until brown.
