  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 cans flake coconut (7 oz.)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant pudding (coconut or vanilla)

    Cream oleo, flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

    Add nuts and put into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes or until very light brown.
